JOHOR BARU: A 76-year-old Singaporean woman ended up poorer by RM14,500 when she became the latest victim of a scratch-and-win scam.

Tham Kim Ying said she lost her life savings after two men approached her while she was heading towards the Sultan Iskandar Customs, Immigration and Quarantine Complex (CIQ) at Bukit Chagar here on Dec 19.
